Shama knows first hand the challenges small business owners face in creating an environment where everyone wants to show up, and wants to give their best. She comes from an Entrepreneurial family, and spent eight years working alongside her husband in their retail computer business.
From training crisis line volunteers to her work in a retail computer business, the oilsands, healthcare, coaching small business owners and teaching at Bow Valley College, Shama combines her unique background in coaching and mental health to help today’s Entrepreneurs execute an extraordinary people strategy to accelerate their success.
Shama founded Trestle Management in 2021 so more small and medium entreprise businesses could benefit from her unique brand of HR support, backed by her extensive background in coaching and mental health.
